Intro.
1. Shaurya Army Pre School (SAPS), located in Military Station Bikaner as the erstwhile Ranbankura Montessori School (RMS) had made a humble beginning with limited student and staff strength during the year 1992. The nursery school worked as an offshoot of the Army Public School Bikaner Military Station from the temporary barracks in the old KLP location (KM Area) of the Military Station as Ranbankura Montessori School (RMS). In the year 1996 when the new building of Army Public School was constructed, the school was shifted to its new location and thus on 17 Sep 2007 the Ranbankura Montessori School (RAMS) was shifted from its old KLP location (KM Area) to its present location.
2. As per the directions received from Army Pre School Education Council the name of RMS was then changed to the name Shaurya Army Pre School or SAPS in the year Nov 2008. The school initially started with two grades of LKG & UKG, with nine sections in all i.e. five section of UKG and four section of LKG with an initial str of nine teachers and 209 children. As time elapsed and popularity grew, the str of the school grew leaps and bounds and swelled to 496. Additional sections were created, Additional teachers were employed and improved & new infrastructure was designed to thus cater for the children.
